Just started reading this site today and I can already say it's one of my favorite Magic sites. The content and tone are so different from what you find over and over again elsewhere (if I read another article about Primeval Titan Ramp I'm going to hang myself). Krosen Grip would work if you are playing green. But Trickbind would work too if you are playing blue. So there are different avenues a player can play. Trickbind states that:

Counter target activated or triggered ability. If a permanent's ability is countered this way, activated abilities of that permanent can't be activated this turn.

So it makes it so that it can not be used again during the same turn.
