Twice i've paid for cards (real ones not digital) and never received them, and twice i've filed a dispute with paypal, both times getting my full refund. It was remarkably easy to get my money back, but one thing i can suggest sellers do to prevent fraud is to always send goods with signature confirmation. This seems to be the only way paypal uses to confirm that the package actually arrived and goods were received. Both instances where i never received anything i'm not sure if the sellers just tried to scam me or if they legitimately sent the items but failed to get any sort of confirmation, either way they didn't get paid.

It SHOULD have one. Just like Ebay. It's too easy for someone to sit down with a stolen credit card, buy away, then run off with the goods. Since PayPal takes their money back from their lawful customer, there's no incentive for them to chase down the thief.

I'd like to be able to see how many transactions someone's done with their paypal account before selling through it. These reversal of payment scams are getting way too frequent so I'm betting they must be pretty easy to pull off.

In the Netherlands, theft (also outside homes) is mostly covered by your home-insurance, which covers burglary, fire-damage etc. This extends to outside the house.

I understand that Lackey doesn't want to use paypal any more, but for players for non-US Countries there aren't any more options.

I buy a lot of cards with Paypal and never would think in make a Fraud, but you can find bad persons in every country.
