I like checklands for the M10 and INN duals.

The demand for Iona (liquidity) is a good point, and something I think gets overlooked a lot in regards to trading. You want cards in your binder that will move. It doesn't matter if a card carries a high price tag — if it doesn't get traded or sold, it is useless. This is one of the major reasons I don't prioritize stocking foils in my trade binder.
