In reply to Joe. Nope, it isn't. Lin Sivvi only searches for rebel permanents. You can have her put it on the bottom of your library, but, while a slight improvement, it doesn't make the card spectacular.

You should really try to make room for Cathar's Crusade, too. Sure, it's not as explosive here as in, say, a Ghave deck – but then no one ever lets a dedicated token deck keep Cathar's Crusade in play… in a deck like this it's more likely to fly under the radar at least for a little while, and by the time your opponents realize it's actually doing something, it's too late.
