I’ve commented on this type of discrepancy in one of your previous articles,

MTGGoldfish shows it at around 3tix too, not sure how that is.

This was the reason why I didn’t want to include it as a speculation because its risk of promo printing is high.

I’m not sure about the price of Oath of Druids on MODO, but if I’m not mistaken there are some Oath decks available in Classic. Oath is a powerful strategy in Vintage, because of insane starts (any Mox, Forbidden Orchard, Oath of Druids, go) and because Oath can mill yourself for a big amount, making Yawgmoth’s Will especially potent.

Blue Vintage decks often pack Flusterstorm for the mirror, so that may be a decent target if available (were Commander decks released on MTGO ?).

What’s the going price on Mana Drain? Time Vault? Yawgmoth’s Will?

If people are considering building budget decks, what would you target then? There was a time when tribal Skullclamp based decks were decent options for the budget minded (elves/kobolds would be the tribes). Maybe that card could be interesting too? What other budget options exist that people might flock to?
