No, you’re correct that it’s only 18. I should have been more specific. Almost always they have shocked themselves so it’s a kill. Also, if you have drawn any other card, even mutavault, you do kill right there. Increasing Devotion is a beast though.

– Then you can’t sac both creatures and trigger the Artist for both?
