i have done a guildgate deck last fnm(2-2) in a trubo fog control shell (ala travis woo)… half of the games i end up fetching the “door of nothingness” ftw. after that, i just scraped the idea of winning with gates, and made turbo-fog deck with a better manabase. there is nothing worse than drawing that forth land to supreme verdict and lose because its a freaking guildgate!

Try to play snap in the deck. Urban Evolution is the best way to put guildgates into play. snap+UE after that. I often play snap+verdict also.

think twice is not that good imo. Divination or Azorious Charm is just plain better. your not a permission deck. and 4 verdict 4 terminus is a bit much. put a door, assemble the legion, a planewalker or something, a second win-con in the deck. At some point, i had 2 resto angel for more snap value, and augur value. randomly killing opponents in 3-5 turns 😛
