In reply to JasonAlt. Thing is, they announced a change to when ban list announcements would be posted, then proceeded to ignore their own new schedule for several set releases. I still find it funny that they went out of their way this time to make a post saying, "No really, we are going to stick to the schedule we announced and not post it early again this time, really"

In reply to David Schumann. Miracles is solid. It has countermagic for unfair decks and has sweepers to deal with True-Name shenanigans. BUG gives it fits, though, which is a problem. I love how sideboarding can make any deck competitive in Legacy, though. I actually like the Depths deck and hope we see more of it.

In reply to Matthew Lewis. I think that may have been their long-standing policy. They made one announcement that it would be the Monday after the pre-release a while back and no one noticed. If they had \"moved\" it like everyone accuses them of, I would think they were banning or unbanning something, but since they claim they made this change long ago and lots of people assumed it was the same as usual, I don\'t think they needed an extra week to parse out the unbans.

One thing about the confusion around B/R announcement was that, and correct me if I am wrong, in contradiction to their stated policy WoTC did make some of the previous announcements at the same time as the release of the full spoiler, ie the week prior to Pre Releases. WoTC communications in top form as usual! =)

As usual, this is where I turn to when I want to know what happened this week. Keep up the good work.

If it weren’t for those stupid BUG decks in the SCG Legacy Event I’d say Miracles could have an amazing comeback…given maindeck RiP hoses the Lands deck AND the Reanimator deck who made top 8…not to mention playing 7 basics is pretty solid.
