Wear/Tear is good, playing 1 copy is a good idea for a more flexible sideboard. A dedicated Rest in Peace hate card is Ray of Revelation. Going up to 4 Thoughtseize is solid and gives the deck more game against combo, but I don’t know that I’d want all 4 against control.
