I think the most important thing I learnt was to be more reactive, especially with loosing positions. Another, maybe not so obvious thing, is that with a larger bankroll you have to revised your priorities and the actual price of the positions you are investing in. Speculating on cards with a value of less than 1 tix can be extremely time consuming when dealing with large quantities (>100 copies).
