Interesting thoughts. I actually hadn’t thought about Pridemate next to courser. That may be the piece we were missing from that deck actually.

I hope I am right about aetherspouts though cause I don’t want to play against it.

The thing about Military Intellegence is that it’s not only cheaper but you can have it in play with Bident to generate more card advantatge as well as devotion. I think running 1 and 1 would be a great combination.

I don’t think the punisher mechanic on Aetherspouts is all that bad, especially since you’re still slowing down your opponent. Rather, I think the main knock against it is that it is easily played around.

I don’t think Military Intelligence makes the cut in mono-U Devotion post-rotation (or even pre-rotation). Mono-U needs more dorks to remain viable post-rotation, not another Bident effect.
