One of the most sacred things to players is their ability to feel creative with their ideas, decks, and “secret tech”. We have a rule at our shop where everyone is forbidden to argue negatively about customer’s decks or card choices. If someone walks in with the worst deck ever and wants to talk about it then we look at it positively and will offer different card choices if they ask. I tell my guys just because you think the deck is bad is irrelevant, the person who built it may think it’s the greatest deck ever made.
