They are both very inconsistent combo decks. One pro player even had to cheat to get the god hand using bloom titan. God hands don’t usually happens all the time. If they draw bad you just watch them lose the game without doing nothing. So yea it is acceptable. The only thing is that they need to add a legit control deck in the format that’s all but a format is healthy without the slow control decks.

As a store owner I contest the format being healthy. We’ve lost newer players to decks like Goryo’s and Bloom Titan. Getting beat by Splinter Twin is frustrating but usually players can handle it. Getting beat on turn 2 before you’ve hit your second land drop makes you feel like you haven’t even played magic.

Most likely there won’t be any changes. Format is healthy why fix something that’s not broken?

Sword of the Meek is so slow, that even if it is a card that hates on aggro decks, no more so than someone slamming a twin on turn 4 and shutting you out of the game immediately.

Now for things I feel you are way off base on.

Bloodbraid Elf. I’m a jund player, and have been since DRS and BBE were legal. I’m going to have to say that in the current state of modern BBE would be oppressive to anyone who isn’t playing a combo deck. A 3/2 haste body with the possibility to flip K command, AD, or Liliana is probably just too strong. I would love for it to come back, but being able to get a 3/2 haster, blow up one of your opponents artifacts, and bring back a tarmogoyf from the graveyard to your hand is serious card advantage.

and to the most egregious thing you suggested. JITTE! Are you kidding me? This card would be obscene. Oh you run creatures that aren’t named Tarmogoyf? One second. PEW PEW PEW. Oh you’re a burn player? Well let me main board gain 10 life over the course of a couple turns. Sucks to be you.

Jitte is just too strong. I would agree that Jace is so glacially slow he’s probably ok, but on the flip side of that, Splinter Twin probably finds some slots for him, and it gives them insane power to dig for their win con with Jace giving them brainstorm and fetches to file away the shit cards on top.
