One thing to note is that in some communities Commander players don’t go for foils. This is especially true in the EU. Might be totally different in certain areas of the states. I’d say the nonfoil copies of Gyre Sage are the play, not the foils

What a way to start the day. I always read quiet speculation’s articles first thing in the morning. What a pleasent surprise to see bloodspore thrinax is already on the move. I had purchased 18 playset at $2.49 a set and put them in my long-term spec binder. I had no idea that I would be pulling them out so quick.
