Most of the time, LGS don’t want to pay someone to look through bulk and will instead turn it away.

You can also go to SCG tournaments or GPs and just keep your eye out for people trying to offload bulk. Most of the times, vendors will make low ball offers because they don’t want to pay to ship back the bulk. But be careful since you cannot make cash deals inside the main rooms.
