1- Card Kingdom asks that you mail the cards within 7 days of submitting your buylist. Several times I’ve submitted buylists 3-4 days apart and mailed them in the same flat rate box. Just make sure everything is clearly marked with the different buylist numbers.

2- If you are going to send ~900 cards, I’d use a flat rate padded envelope. They cost about $8 to send and come with all the normal priority stuff(free tracking, 2-3 day delivery in the continental US). You can order them online or pick them up locally.
