Yeah, I should have elaborated on those niches that make certain legalities possible. It was printed in Vintage Masters as a common, and the paper format list is based off the MTGO format. Certain cards are legal on MTGO, therefore legal in Paper even though they’re uncommon. These are especially great picks, because they haven’t been reprinted to death yet. Tangle from Invasion is another great example of this.

If it’s appeared in a set on MTGO as a common, that makes it pauper legal too. I believe it was like Vintage Masters or something.
