It’s easy to see why there’s huge price volatility with those particular sets. I try to stay away from those, but they could be flying high if the big buyout continues. My guess is that Cardkingdom and StarCityGames are trying to remove as many as they can from the secondary market, even if it means selling at minimum profit. So there’s a real chance that those prices might be stuck at $600-$700 for a while. The best sets are, for obvious reasons, the ones with the smallest print run. I could definitely see those continue to skyrocket if they’re unable to refill inventory. They’re just way too high that collectors might be having second thoughts selling them if they feel that the cards can be worth even more.
