It was a head scratcher for sure. Too slow and way too random. Too much focus also went into the art but not much else. Yet even still, a card like Tasha’s Hideous Laughter very likely just turned mill into a Modern staple for years to come. So there’s some value there if you’re willing to pick through the bones.
