Most of the cards you’ll find on Ebay by now are graded 8.5 or less. Anything graded higher than that is extremely hard to find. It’ll take more time for the cards in rough condition to sell but I think they’ll eventually sell. I’m not sure if Collector’s Edition in lesser conditions are harder to sell since their value is strictly aesthetic, but I could see that happening.
