Havengul Lich seems like one of those creatures begging to be relevant but just falling short. I’m very cautious with this one, especially after being burned on Skaab Ruinator for similar gimmicks. That’s my personal opinion though. I’d rather wait and see someone break it and make some timely purchases rather than buy in now and hope.

Tracker’s Instinct is an interesting one. Certainly has the right color combination – I would wait to see what Simic’s mechanic will be before buying though. If the mechanic can take advantage of the spell, then picking up a few of these couldn’t hurt. I don’t expect it to see $2+ though since it’s not likely to see more play than Lingering Souls across all formats.
