To be blunt, I am not a Vintage player in the least, so perhaps one of my Vintage-minded readers could elaborate on what this does to Vintage deck design space? First glance says that Grim Monolith is the big deal here. No changes to Standard, Extended or Legacy to report.
This will do very little to stop Tezz decks from still being unreal good.
