I'm just getting this now - apparently Adrian Sullivan top 8'ed with a deck featuring Bloodchief Ascension and Isochron Scepter, and copious amounts of burn. Apparently, Bloodchief punishes players for untapping their Shock Lands, which seems utterly amazing in Extended these days. I'm still waiting for full confirmation, and apparently Adrian is not shipping out his list, but this is what I'm told.
I wold assume that Sullivan will reveal his list in one of his articles within the next week or two. Do we wait patiently until then?
Wow. Only hours after this article was out, and most places on Magic Online were simply SOLD OUT! Thankfully I snapped up my set at 0.4 tix each.
At the latest it will be in the Decks of the Week segment on Wizards' site this Thursday.
I think this is a rumor. The PTQ in Seattle and the one on MTGO has neither cards nor Sullivan in their top 8.
That's because Adrian played it in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Still no confirmation, but a few people have said that they visually confirmed it.
